Our regular office hours are:
Monday to Friday, 8AM to 5PM, US Pacific Time
(zone =Greenwich -7 in the summer, -8 in the winter.)
although sometimes we do step out for a few minutes.
However, like everyone else nowadays, we are often working late and on
weekends, so you can try calling pretty much anytime and you very well
might get a live person.
